Texans Are Flocking to Atex Freight Broker Training

I began my venture as a freight broker in early 2003. At the time, I was residing in El Paso, Texas. So, I thought, well, I’m in Texas so I have “a Texas company”. Thus, I came up with my name, Atex Logistics, Inc.

Then in late 2003, I began freight broker training and eventually stopped brokering freight altogether (I had to sleep sometime). I then made a name change to Atex Freight Broker Training, Inc. and it’s been this way ever since.

My training began over the telephone and internet and my first client was from the New York area. I had been running some ads out East in that area.

But, over the months and years, I started gathering a strong following in Texas – El Paso, of course, Las Cruces, naturally, and also from Dallas and Houston, mostly and from San Antonio and all over the Texas.

Texas has been good to me.

Over the years, it’s been a minor stampede and I’ve met many great and wonderful Texans, mostly truck drivers and small fleet owners.

In October of last year, I celebrated my 20th year in logistics, 18 of those years in training.

I feel I’m poised for another twenty …

I ain’t gonna quit anytime soon, that’s for sure. Several years ago, I told my 7 year old granddaughter that when she turns 18, I will turn the business over to her. Of course, she had no idea what I was talking about.

Then I said, But, you have to like talking on the telephone. She blurted out, OH! I LOVE talking on the phone. And, so, there you have it. The plans are all sewed up.

On another note, if you are at that point in life where you might be down on your luck, you’re feeling bummed out or you know you need to make a change, give me a call at 1-888-526-ATEX (2839).

I’ll give you the straight scoop on not only the upside of brokering but the downside as well. There’s been a downside in trucking for too long – but things go in cycles.

Are you ready for some upside success?

Give me a call and go to my web page to see where I get clients from. It’s a pin map of the U.S. but I’ve also trained people from Canada, Okinawa, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and the Philippines.
