- I’ll review YOUR financial statements for the past 90 to 180 days. (I’ll need a “good” balance sheet and profit and loss statement for each month for the past 90 to 180 days. Financial statements will be emailed to me in MSExcel form to begin the analysis).
- I’ll focus on fuel costs, insurance costs, truck payments or lease expense, salary or 1099 costs, average repairs and maintenance costs, factoring terms (if applicable), cash burn/cushion,
- You receive a summary report on your major direct (variable) and indirect (fixed) expenses,

- I’ll look at your invoicing and cash cycle,
- We’ll meet in person (if feasible) or via Zoom for a 60-90 minute session,
