After we have completed the formal part of training – either live or via zoom, we focus on your set-up packages. You’ll have one for the shipper and one for the carrier. There are similarities but they each have special items that the other one won’t have.

Here’s the thing – there are templates included in the training that will make this process easy-peazy. You’ll just modify the templates with your information and bingo – you’re done.

You’ll have to wait a few days for some information from third parties, but you’ll want to do your part rather quickly and I’ll review them if you like … just email or fax what you have done.

Here is a partial list of what to expect for the set-up package:

For the shipper set up package:

* Letter of Introduction – complete this as you see fit – keep it simple

* Grant Letter – replace this with your’s

* W-9 – in Session 3.1, download the form, sign it, date it, scan it and put it into your set up package

* BMC 84/85 – replace this with your’s

For the carrier set up package:

* Letter of Introduction – complete this as you see fit – keep it simple

* Grant Letter – replace this with your’s

* Billing Info – modify as you see fit

* BMC 84/85 – replace this with your’s
