You will receive an email about 5-6 days prior to the first day of training. It will have a
link and password to download your materials.

Here is what you can do before we start training.

Decide on a business name and a form of doing business – sole proprietorship, LLC, regular C corporation or partnership. I can help to some extent on these. If you are working alone, the sole proprietorship is the simplest and least costly.

If you desire, you may come up with 2-4 business names that you like and are thinking about and you may email them to me for review any time before training starts.

At a mutually agreeable time and date, you and I will meet one-on-one for up to an hour to take care of submitting your applications for your broker authority (Part 1 of 5 of the Training Manual). If you prefer to postpone these applications until later, that is fine.

Once we begin group training, we will begin with Part 2 of the training manual and proceed through the entire manual, including most of the handouts and videos.

We will have one “make-up” session for the entire group in case you miss a session. It will be only up to two hours so make sure you attend ALL sessions, if possible. You will also have up to one hour of one-on-one with me as a final wrap-up. Thereafter, you have unlimited support for questions and getting my input as you begin your venture.

SUMMARY

• You have a total of 8 group sessions,
• A one-on-one session to submit your applications for your broker authority,
• A group make-up session if needed,
• A one-on-one session as a wrap-up, and
• Unlimited support thereafter.
